Was born on May 30, 1982, in Baku. From 1988 to 1999 studied at secondary school in Baku. From 1999 to 2005 studied at the Law Faculty of Baku State University (BSU). From 2005 to 2014 worked as a lawyer, a specialist on general issues, a chief lawyer in diﬀerent companies and projects. From 2014 works as a lecturer at the UNESCO Chair on Human Rights and Information Law of BSU. Married, has two children.
