A scientific seminar on "Legal aspects of the formation of the information society in modern times" was held on April 15, 2022 at the UNESCO Chair on Human Rights and Information Law, presented by Professor of the Chair, Doctor of Laws Etibar Aliyev. The scientific seminar was attended by faculty members, doctoral students, as well as master students of the "Human Rights" and "Information Law" specializations. A number of practical suggestions were introduced at the scientific seminar, and in this connection the need to expand scientific research has been put forward. The scientific seminar was held with diversity of views and discussions.
